We created this custom character doll based on a Spanish customer’s request.
Marge Simpson is one of the most iconic female animated characters in the world. With her unique appearance, distinctive voice, and memorable personality.She has become a classic symbol of The Simpsons family and global pop culture.
The customer has always loved the character of Marge Simpson.
He developed a deep connection with The Simpsons during his childhood.Marge has always held a special place in his heart.

2.Customized Process
- 3D Design
Customer wanted us to recreate the classic character in a 1:1 scale and create a collectible Silicone Doll. The sex doll features a height of 147CM and a detachable head and body design, making production, transportation, and future adjustments more convenient.
Based on the customer’s reference images, we carefully recreated the character’s iconic features.
These include the yellow skin tone, unique head shape, tall blue hairstyle, and overall body proportions.Our goal was to preserve the character’s original visual identity.
As for the feet,we added realistic anatomical details.These include vein textures, bone structure, and natural skin patterns.Combine the original animation style with a more lifelike appearance.
- Detail Craftsmanship
After completing the overall character design, we focused on refining the key anatomical details and surface features. The customer requested a high level of accuracy, so our team carefully refined every detail through multiple rounds of sculpting and adjustments.
Use precise craftsmanship and continuous improvements to refine every detail.The final result transformed the 2D character into a high-quality 3D collectible.
- Molding
We estimate the mold-making process will take around one month. The customer wanted us to control the final net weight of the doll within 26–28KG.
To reduce the weight of the silicone body, we developed a lightweight internal core mold. This structure helps maintain stability while preserving a realistic touch.The additional manufacturing process increases production time and adds extra costs.
- Production
During the production process, achieving the custom yellow skin tone was one of the key challenges. To accurately recreate the original character, we repeatedly adjusted the color and finalized the most suitable skin tone sample.
Eye design was another major challenge. Although the character looks simple, Marge’s large and irregular oval-shaped eyes required multiple adjustments during the design process.
After repeated testing and refinement, we successfully created an eye design that captures the character’s unique features and original charm.
- Shipment
Once we completed the doll, the customer highly praised the final result and expressed his love for this unique custom creation. We spent several months completing the project and exchanged 153 emails with the customer throughout the process. The final result proved that every effort was worthwhile.
Following the customer’s requirements, we arranged discreet shipping with professional packaging. Despite delays caused by snowy weather in Europe, the doll was safely delivered to the customer, marking the successful completion of this custom project.

So far the modeling of physical features looks “on the mark”. Yet alot of Marge’s identity…. is in her hair !! A hair designed that stands 3 times the height size of her skull head. Literally shaped as a cylinder, capped off with a soft domed end, and anchored at the very back of head down nearing the neck. The right hair module would make the Marge doll truly complete.
