Simara – Pride Queen Lioness Doll | Dolls Castle Dark Beast Series

By /

Custom beast dolls design trends, Meet Smiara – the queen of the lioness doll in the jungle.

Inspiration Behind the Simara Lioness Doll

The Simara doll began as a unique custom project from one of our clients. At the beginning of the project, the client provided only a few simple reference images, along with requirements for the lion’s height and body length. There were no 3D files or detailed models available for reference, making the entire design process a true challenge.

Taking inspiration from Simba and Nala, the legendary Lion King. Our designer crafted Simara with a unique personality and noble expression. As a lioness doll, she possesses softer, more elegant features while retaining the confidence, strength, and commanding presence that make lions the rulers of the animal kingdom. Graceful yet powerful, Simara stands out as a truly exceptional creation—the Queen of the Lioness Dolls.

Simara is a true Dark Furry doll. Unlike previous furry Dolls from Dolls Castle, she features a fully quadrupedal design that faithfully recreates the natural form and wild beauty of a lion. This innovative approach breaks away from the traditional furry doll concept and pushes the boundaries of furry dolls and fantasy dolls. As one of the few four-legged beast style furry dolls available, Simara brings a unique design to the market. Create a unique and immersive experience for furry lovers.

The Challenges Behind Creating Simara

Creation of Simara lioness doll took six months from design to final production. Throughout the development process. Our Dolls Castle team dedicated countless hours to refining every detail, overcoming technical challenges, and perfecting the design to bring this extraordinary lioness to life.

1. Molding process

First challenge was the molding process. There were no existing life-size custom large feline dolls to use as a reference. Every step, from mold design and assembly to silicone pouring, had to be developed entirely from scratch.

Using 3D simulations and 3D-printed prototypes, we refined the process through continuous testing. Only after ensuring reliable mold production, assembly, silicone pouring, and a low defect rate could we move on to the next stage of development.

2. Weight Optimization

Weight was one of the biggest challenges during development. The original design was estimated to weigh around 70kg. Despite her dimensions of 72cm in height and 100cm in length, the final product weighs only about 49kg. That’s nearly one-third lighter than originally expected, while still maintaining excellent proportions and structural integrity.

3. Transportation & Structural Design

Transportation was another major challenge during the development of the Lioness Doll. After extensive calculations and repeated evaluations of packaging, shipping requirements, and potential transit risks, Dolls Castle carefully controlled the doll’s overall dimensions throughout the design process.

Our team spent significant time engineering the internal skeleton and planning the molding structure. Every detail was carefully considered, from the tail structure to leg articulation, joint movement, and load-bearing capacity. Our goal was to achieve the best balance between realism, functionality, durability, and shipping safety.

4.internal vaginal structure

To achieve a higher level of realism, we carefully studied the anatomical characteristics of lions when designing these areas. The internal structures were extensively refined and optimized to improve detail, functionality, and overall performance.Ensure both structure and usability, each passage includes an internal depth of around 15cm. The spacing and overall layout were carefully refined through repeated testing, achieving a balanced combination of functionality and collectible appeal.

Curious about the unique charm of this Dark Beast Lioness Doll? Let’s find out what makes her truly extraordinary.

 Features of the Simara Doll

As a medium-sized Dark Beast female lion, Simara stands out with her exceptional realism and craftsmanship. Every detail, from her expressive facial features to her carefully sculpted body proportions, is designed to faithfully capture the elegance and power of a lioness.Featuring a true-to-life 1:1 scale lioness design and a Dual LHP channel structure, Simara achieves the perfect balance between collectible artistry and functional design.

One of her most impressive achievements is her lightweight construction. While maintaining a complete structure and highly realistic appearance, Simara has a net weight of only 48 kg, achieving an ideal balance between realism, durability, and practicality.

Except for the shrugging shoulder function, all limb joints provide a wide range of motion and can support various posing requirements. For the tail section, we recommend the non-skeleton version, which provides a more natural appearance while ensuring better long-term durability and user experience.Due to the special body structure of the lioness doll, Simara does not support electronic functions. Custom skin colors and body painting options are available.

With a young and innovative team, Dolls Castle continues to explore new frontiers in design and craftsmanship. Simara stands as a breakthrough creation, opening new possibilities for feline creations. We hope the creation of  lioness doll can bring more inspiration to the market and encourage further innovation in feline-themed doll designs.

Can you please make this doll, look like Nala from Lion King 2? And, can we change the size of it?

Give her a Creamy Whitish Venetian Cadmium Yellow look to her Body form with Blue Eyes & Brown Paw Pads.

Hello, I’m Jason. Have 2 questions.

1- how much would this exact model cost?

2- And if there is a way to make her less heavy. What is the lightest can she be made, but without making her size too small either? And how much would something like that cost? A rough estimate.

    Just curious, at the moment.

    Thank you.
