1.Back Ground Story
Dolls Castle started exploring horse-themed dolls many years ago. Our early works included the 90CM TPE Monny Doll and the 50CM My Little Pony . Over the years, many customers have hoped that DC could create a larger and more realistic horse doll with a stronger visual impact.
We have always considered this idea, however creating a lifelike horse doll brings many challenges. The biggest challenge is recreating natural fur, as hair plays a crucial role in expressing the spirit and authenticity of equine animals.Instead of simply recreating a traditional horse, we explored a new possibility inspired by horses — centaur.
Centaur blends human and equine forms into one unique design.It showcases the strength and elegance of horses while embracing the beauty and creativity of human imagination.
Through the Fantasy Dolls series, Dolls Castle continues to turn imagination into reality. The creation of the realistic centaur doll also marks an important breakthrough for the Dark Beast Series.Push the boundaries of fantasy design and advanced doll manufacturing.
2.Customized Process
-3D Design
During the design stage, Dolls Castle initially planned to create a 160CM House Girl. However, for a four-legged equine creature, this size would result in an extremely large volume and heavy weight. After careful evaluation, we decided to develop a 140CM silicone Centauress Doll to achieve a better balance between size, structure and practicality.
The development of this realistic Centaur Doll progressed alongside our Lion Doll. Due to its complex design, we conducted prototype tests before the official 3D sculpture. our team carefully analyzed the potential challenges.We repeatedly adjusted the pose and structure.After multiple revisions, we refined every detail before moving into the 3D sculpture.
-Detail Craftsmanship
After completing the 3D sculpture, refining the local details of the realistic centaur doll became another crucial part of the development process.
The first challenge was assembling the entire Centauress structure. Compared with traditional dolls, its unique Centauress design required more precise adjustments and a more complex assembly process.
We continued refining every detail, including the nipple shape, vaginal structure, and anal design.Also developed a special internal structure for the vaginal. And We carefully optimized the positioning to achieve the best balance between design, appearance and functionality.
-Molding
From molding to final production, every stage brought new challenges.
Before production, we carefully adjusted and tested the skeleton structure. Due to the Centauress’s unique design, we evaluated each joint’s movement range and reinforced key areas to achieve the best balance between flexibility and stability.
This Centauress project placed higher demands on silicone casting techniques. We needed to precisely control the material temperature and curing time. If the silicone cured too quickly, it could leave marks on the surface and affect the final appearance.However, a longer curing time could improve the production success rate. At the same time, it made weight reduction more difficult to achieve.
Every step required continuous testing and refinement.From skeleton design to material control and production, we carefully optimized every detail. The Centauress is more than a Fantasy Doll.It is a major breakthrough for the Dark Beast Series, showcasing our team’s innovation in design and manufacturing.
3. Final Product
This silicone Horse Doll brings a fantasy creature to life with a highly realistic design. With a height of 140CM, it crafted a detachable head and body. We designed the body structure and proportions based on real equine animals. Customers can match different head designs to create a more personalized appearance.
Through optimized internal engineering, we achieved a lightweight structure without compromising stability or visual impact. With a net weight of around 45KG, it offers both collectible value and practical usability.
