3. Molding
After the customer has confirmed all the details of the printed items, we enter the mold-folding stage. During this stage, any changes to the customized details are not allowed. This process takes 14 to 20 days.
The first step in mold-folding is to follow the customer’s requirements and create the details of the nipples, areolae, and lower body appearance. These are then handed over to professional sculptors for clay modeling. The animal’s sexual organs are completely different from those of regular dolls. During the production process, our team was particularly meticulous and double-checked multiple times to ultimately meet the customer’s requirements.
For such a large horse’s buttocks, we also arranged for a weight-reducing inner mold, which reduces the weight without affecting the feel.
4.Production
After the mold is completed, the next step is to design the framework. The legs of the horse’s hindquarters are special, and the framework design took 1-2 days to be welded and assembled. Subsequently, we will produce according to the custom options such as the skin color and makeup application requested by the customer. The production process took 5-7 days. After customizing the makeup, we then took multiple angle photos and videos to confirm with the customer. Finally, we securely packaged the doll and sent it to the customer in a confidential manner.
Although the entire process of customizing the horse-shaped buttocks took some time, the fact that the customer was ultimately satisfied is the greatest recognition for us.
