Hey guys, it’s Amily again! Today, I want to introduce something truly extraordinary. For the first time in the history of the sex doll industry, we successfully brought a real dragon character to life.
Her name is Drakaina. Not a dragon girl. Not a furry dragon hybrid.A true silicone dragon sex doll ! And her story began with a single image from our customer :
Everything started when a customer contacted us and asked a simple question: “Can you build a dragon doll exactly like the one in this picture?”
When we first saw the artwork, we immediately realized that this would not be an ordinary custom project. The character featured a complete dragon body, an enormous tail, sharp horns, powerful claws, and a striking crimson appearance.
Unlike most custom dolls, the customer provided only a single illustration. We had no three-view drawings, measurements, or 3D model to reference. For us, this was more than a custom doll. It was a challenge—a journey to bridge the gap between fantasy and reality.
Our goal was to capture the ethereal essence of the original artwork while giving the figure the true majesty of a dragon. We also had to consider the complexities of production, packaging, and shipping.I personally took over this project in December last year. Throughout the development process, we faced numerous technical challenges and made many revisions. After months of design, engineering, and production, we finally achieved our goal.
Today, Drakaina stands before us as a fully realized dragon doll！
- Why we named her “Drakaina”
The name Drakaina comes from Ancient Greek mythology. Historically, the word “Drakaina” (Δράκαινα) refers to a female dragon, often considered the ancestral mother of dragons and serpentine creatures. Many legendary dragon bloodlines trace their origins back to powerful Drakaina figures. Because of that symbolism, the name perfectly matches our creation. Her deep red skin represents fire, strength, destruction, and primal power. She embodies the ancient spirit of dragons while showcasing the creative vision behind Dark Beast Dolls. 1.Tail
One of Drakaina’s most impressive features is her gigantic 123CM dragon tail. We’re integrated an internal skeleton into the tail, allowing users to pose it freely in various positions. The tail is fixed, non-detachable part of the design. It features a flexible core, allowing it to be bent easily for packaging without compromising its appearance.
2.Full Dragon Body Design
Drakaina measures 97CM from head to foot. We crafted her entire body using a red skin tone. To improve stability, we reinforced the soles of her feet, allowing her to stand more securely. We also carefully recreated her sharp claws, dragon ears, and facial appendages to preserve the character’s authentic appearance. Every detail helps bring the fantasy creature to life.
3.Wings
To capture the majestic presence of a true dragon, we designed a pair of detachable dragon wings. Each wing uses an independent plug-in structure that allows quick installation and removal. We also embedded a poseable skeleton inside each wing. Users can adjust the angle and shape to create different display poses.
Some collectors ask why we did not make the wings much larger? The answer is simple. Large wings would become too heavy and naturally droop under their own weight, making them difficult to pose. Although lightweight foam construction could reduce the weight, it would also make the wings excessively rigid and limit their flexibility. We chose a balanced solution instead. The current wings remain lightweight, highly poseable, and visually appealing while preserving the functionality we wanted to achieve.
So, even though the wings are small, they are easy to pose in various ways and are relatively lightweight—making them a great choice!
4.Realistic Dragon Head Design
We designed Drakaina’s head to capture the essence of a real dragon. The horns contain internal wire structures, allowing users to adjust and customize their shape. We also created a fully detailed dragon mouth featuring ROS functionality and a movable jaw. These features significantly enhance realism and faithfully recreate the character’s original appearance.
5.Vagina & Anus
Drakaina offers both a functional vaginal canal and a functional anal canal. We designed both areas with flexibility and usability in mind while maintaining the character’s overall aesthetic integrity.

Before we wrap up, we’d like to share a fun little story from the development process:
During production, we overlooked an important detail in the neck design. At first, we only built a single movable joint, which meant that only one section of the neck could move.Looking back, it looked pretty funny. The doll had a stiff and slightly goofy expression that made us laugh. This small production mistake became one of the memorable moments of the project.
The tail also went through several design changes. We originally designed it as a detachable tail because it made packing and storage much easier. However, the tail’s weight caused it to droop over time.The connection point between the tail and the body also did not look as clean or natural as we wanted. To solve this problem, we redesigned the tail as a fixed, one-piece tail. This is the version you see today.
For shipping, we carefully fold the tail to fit inside the package. As a result, long transportation times may leave a slight crease where the tail is folded.Even so, we believe a small crease looks much better than a large, visible joint on a detachable tail.
Every design decision involves trade-offs, but we continue to test, improve, and refine every detail. Our goal is always the same: to make each doll look better, feel better, and provide the best possible experience for everyone.
