This is a custom order, the customer who wanted us to create his dream futa doll. While we have produced several different futa dolls, their body types and figures weren’t the client’s ideal. Therefore, he wanted us to create a unique futa doll with a one-of-a-kind design and body shape. As you all know, Dolls Castle is an adult doll manufacturer that dares to create new things. Whatever your idea, we will do our best to realize your dream sex doll, making your dream a reality!
When the customer first shared his customization requirements, we immediately recognized them as a bold and complex challenge that pushed our design and production capabilities to the next level. A tall and slender figure, full breasts and hips, a body and legs as thin as ribs, and a very long penis with severely drooping testicles. See the image below：

Having reviewed the above requirements, this was undoubtedly a challenge for us. We worried that a very thin waist and large breasts would make it difficult for the waist to support the weight; another concern was whether the skeletal structure could support the weight of the hips if the legs were too thin; a long penis and droopy testicles might cause tearing or damage with prolonged placement; and most importantly, there were the issues of packaging and other related problems. After discussion and planning, we accepted the challenge, as Dolls Castle’s mission is innovative service, and we are willing to strive for improvement, we created the first draft of the design:
After communicating with the client, who wanted a more precise and detailed design, such as adjustments to the nipples and areolas, navel, uterus inside the vagina, and breast and buttock shapes, a second design was developed:
The third design request involved modifying some minor details on the body and coordinating it with the head design. The head photo provided by the customer was very similar to our existing silicone head #S20, but the customer wanted a slimmer face and a more distinctive tongue.

Modifications were made according to the customer’s needs, and thus the third design sketch was born.
Since we’ve been communicating primarily via email, and the customer needs to travel to China for other business transactions, they arranged for us and the designer to visit our Dolls Castle factory on March 25th. They hope to have a face-to-face discussion and share their further thoughts on the design revisions.
The customer’s visit saved us a lot of time communicating via email, making the design process more productive.
After communicating with the designer, we completed the final design.
Besides work, we also take our clients to some of the more distinctive local restaurants. After work, we can get along like friends and chat about anything outside of work.
We’ve essentially completed the first step of the customization process. The next step is to arrange for the 3D resin printing. The purpose of printing the 3D resin model is to confirm that the height and body details match the design drawings, and to add more detailed elements to the body, such as protruding capillaries, detailed textures of the elbows and knees, and detailed textures of the areolas, genitals, anus, and penis. These details need to be hand-sculpted by our craftsmen and applied to the 3D resin model. Once these steps are confirmed, we can move on to the next crucial step—mold making! Only with a mold can we begin producing the doll, which typically takes about a month. The doll’s production time is approximately 10-15 days.
Our design is quite user-friendly; we offer installment payments for four stages: design, 3D resin printing, mold making, and finished product. This reduces the financial burden and allows you to clearly see which stage we’re at. The client’s visit this time was very sincere, bringing cash for the 3D resin printing and mold making.
We’ve finalized the 3D design, and next we’ll 3D print a simple model. We’ll update article on the progress as we go.
