What incredible elements make a unique futa doll ? Let’s know that now. Susu – a dream monster girl being made through Dolls Castle Custom Fantasy Dolls Series.
1. Futa Doll Back Ground Story
This is a futa doll customized by a local customer, Susu. Her original name and prototype is Tu Shan SuSu. Her face has a prototype, but her body does not. The inspiration for this doll came from a client’s desire to satisfy their novel idea, as there are currently no dolls on the market that combine a pregnant belly and an enlarged penis. The body prototype was modified based on our TPE 148CM femboy body prototype, and the client’s inspiration was also based on this body.
2. Customized Process
- 3D Design
The customer provided detailed requirements for the first 3D design. The design included several custom features, such as dual breast channels, an oral channel, integrated ears, a special anal design, and a long tongue. I will attach the client’s feedback and requirements below：
We discussed each requirement with the customer and adjusted the design several times. The first design did not solve every structural challenge. We therefore continued to communicate with the customer and refine the model. After several rounds of adjustments, we reached the final 3D design. Here are the three views of this futa doll:
During the design stage, our team suggested a different approach. We recommended making the penis detachable. This design could offer two advantages.
First, the customer could replace it with different sizes in the future.
Second, we could create a cover for the opening and allow the doll to switch between a futa design and a pregnant-belly design.
However, the customer preferred an integrated design. After discussing the options, the customer chose to keep the penis permanently integrated into the body.

- Detail Craftsmanship
After we finished the 3D model, we moved on to the physical details. This stage focuses on the customizing the doll’s details.
Briefly explain the details of the product to the customer, then show them the desired appearance of the anus, areola, and nipple, and compare it with the final product. Finally, the customer confirms whether it is completed.
- Molding
We started the mold-making process on June 9 and completed it on 19th July. The entire process took around 40 days. This doll required more time than a standard TPE doll because of her unusual body structure. We also made a weight-reducing inner liner, so the production time was longer than ordinary dolls and the cost was also higher than other TPE dolls.
- Production
These are the final product images and shipping images. Compared to our previous 3D design drawings, the finished product is a great reproduction and presentation of the original design.

By the way, the customer had previously worked with another manufacturer but did’t achieve the desired customization results.
The customer eventually came to Dolls Castle and asked us to develop the project again.
That experience shows one of the main advantages of working directly with a manufacturer.

3. Customer’s Review
The customer expressed strong satisfaction with several parts of Susu. The customer particularly liked the head design, body design, final appearance, measurements, skin tone, weight, functions, and overall effect.
But the completion time was too long. We originally estimated a two-month production period. The project required approximately 60 additional days. The weight reduction molding and the weight-reducing mold took a long time to design due to functional issues.
