1. 3D digital design

Before customizing a doll, we discussed the details in advance including the material, height, and the measurements such as bust, hips, and waist. After everything was agreed upon, we finished an initial 3D model design and made multiple revisions and confirmations until the design was approved.

2. 3D print sculpture

Based on the customized height, a 3D sculpture was created before molding. The sculpture was mainly used to double check about body details, such as some textures, the size and the looking of the nipples and areolas, as well as vagina & anus (Love Holes Placements)

3. Molding

The client confirmed all the details of the 3D prototypes, the process moved on to mold making. At this stage, no any more further changes to the custom details can be made. The mold-making time depends on the complexity, usually it takes like 15–30 days.

4. Final Production

According to the order requirements, confirmed all production details including skin tone, skeleton, areolas and vaginal color, as well as the doll makeup etc.
