Mermaid have always been the most enchanting of ocean creatures in people’s imaginations; thus, the mermaid—an indispensable feature—was born for the Dolls Castle aquarium.
From the face to the scales, and then to the design of the fins and tail, every detail was repeatedly adjusted before it was finally completed. One has to admire its true beauty!

The lower abdomen features a vaginal passage, and the surface folds are extremely similar to those of a real great white shark, making it incredibly realistic!

in the pokemon universe : you could look at mila the milotic from president alexander: her design is similar to the lamia doll but I think that it could be good for it to be bigger including the butts and especially the breast (perhaps like the size of 2026 muscular girl , could it be possible to have more dolls, especially fantasy ones with breasts of this size ?)
in the same style there are pokemons like primarina or kyogre.
I think people would like to see a life sized mermaid : we can look at giga mermaid from shantae or nami from league of legends.
perhaps with an anime style head
For others suggestions there are mipha from tloz, undine from black clover or a sort of squid girl

With pleasure, also abou mila the milotic : a 3D model exists of the character exist and it perfectly reincarnates her proportions.
I think using it as a model or even trying to reproduce it could be a great idea.
For the life – sized mermaids (giga mermaid, nami) you can find multiples images as references on the internet.
For the giga mermaid, i think it should maintain an anime head, for nami, it has multiples skins, the most interesting for a doll could be : normal / base, koi nami.
For the squid girl, i think something like this could be interesting : a good mix between monster girl and aquatic monster (this site also could give ideas for monster girls)

For Mila the Milotic, there is a 3D design which is really interesting and similar to the character with large butts and boobs.
For the life-sized doll like giga mermaid and nami they are really interested and I think that an anime style with an animed style head would be great.
For the nami doll, as a lol character, there are multiples skins so I suggest the basic skin or the koi nami.
For the squid girl, perhaps like a kraken monster girl.
